Field Sales Advisor:

Targeting businesses with up to 200 employees within your geographical territory, you will achieve connections, profit and KPI based targets in line with overall business objectives. You will have lots of autonomy to build your sales strategy for your region through a variety of tools.  An ability to drive self generation of sales leads is essential - activities vary from cold calling through to marketing events and relationships with retail stores. You will be expected to combine days in the office and field visits, so you must be self-motivated, tenacious and capable of managing your own workload.

Field sales experience is essential, with a successful track record in canvassing and self-generation of appointments. You must also have experience of managing and developing a sales territory and database, with the ability to develop plans, work flexible hours and present effectively. A driving license is required.

Salary negotiable plus commission to O.T.E 24k.

Retail Customer Sales Advisor:

Working for Fylde Telecom in our retail store, your job will be to interact with customers and sell the full range of Fylde Telecom products, within a retail environment. You will have a range of tools, including interactive units to enable you to provide advice and “close sales” as you guide customers through the Fylde Telecom proposition.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • To maximise all sales opportunities by adopting a proactive approach to selling 
  • To achieve and build on set sales targets, and to meet desired objectives
  • Deliver the highest standards of customer service and enthusiastically deal with all customer enquiries
  • To Provide the Regional Manager with regular feedback on customer activity, footfall and response to promotional initiatives
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in servicing a range of customer needs, in a pressurised environment 

What you'll need:

  • Educated to at least O'LEVEL/GCSE standard
  • Proven assisted sales experience required
  • A passion for delivering amazing customer service along with great organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to use initiative and make decisions where required 
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with a confident and friendly personality
  • Excellent time keeping and the ability to work under pressure

Salary to 14k plus bonus and benefits.

This is the perfect foundation to becoming a Junior Field Sales Advisor.

Basic to 16k commission payable to O.T.E 24k.
